Development of 27 apartments. Shared Ownership/Affordable Rental

This project consisted of 27 new build units. The project was made up of 22 one and two-bedroom shared ownership apartments and 5 social housing townhouses and 1 commercial unit. The project also boasted an underground car parking facility which spanned underneath the apartment block. Clayton Electrical Ltd was contracted to install the complete electrical installation from start to completion of the project.

The install included all electrical items covered in the development. Some of which were:

  • Satellite systems per block and housing units  

  • AOV systems per block with modern stair vent opening smoke extraction

  • Door entry systems

  • BT systems

  • Heat Recovery/ventilation systems

  • Car parking lighting and electric car chargers

  • Outdoor lighting

  • Submains and metering

  • Electrical install to all apartments

We worked closely with the developer to ensure the project was completed on time and to budget.
