Development of 27 - 1 and 2 bed apartments

This project consisted of 27 new build apartments. Clayton Electrical Ltd was contracted to install the complete electrical installation from start to completion of the project.

The install included all electrical items covered in the development. Some of which were:

  • Satellite system

  • AOV systems per block with modern shaft opening smoke extraction

  • Door entry systems

  • BT systems

  • Earth pit and prep works for substation

  • Outdoor lighting

  • Submains and metering

  • Electrical install to all apartments

We worked closely with the developer and client to ensure the project was completed on time and to budget.
