Restaurant Fit Out

This project consisted of the complete fit-out of a new restaurant located in Piccadilly Circus. The restaurant was the first of its very successful franchise to open its doors in the UK. We were honoured to be allowed to complete this project working alongside one of our partner mechanical contractors. The 300 seater restaurant and bar are spanned across two floors and consisted of an open viewing kitchen, bar area, toilets and back of house kitchen areas. Clayton Electrical Ltd was contracted to install the complete electrical installation from start to completion of the project alongside one of our Mechanical partners.

The install included all electrical items covered in the development. Some of which were:

• Extract supplies

• Specialist lighting

• RGB lighting

• Specialist Lutron dimming system

• Fire alarm install in partnership with one of our specialist contractors

• BMS power supplies

We worked closely with the builders, project managers, client and alongside our mechanical partner to ensure the project was completed on time and to budget.
