Development of 76 premium apartments and Maisonettes
This project consisted of 76 new build units. The project was made up of 51 luxury 2 bedroom apartments,12 shared ownership maisonettes and 13 social housing apartments including 2 disabled person units. Clayton Electrical Ltd was contracted to install the complete electrical installation from start to completion of the project.
The install included all electrical items covered in the development. Some of which were:
Door entry systems
Firefighting lift auto change over system
BT systems
We worked closely with the developer to ensure the project was completed on time and budget
Outdoor lighting and electric car charging points
Submains and metering
Electrical install to all apartments
Satellite systems per block and housing units
AOV systems per block with modern shaft opening smoke extraction
