Development of 51 units including commercial units, apartments and maisonettes
This project consisted of 47 new build apartments/maisonettes as well as 4 new build commercial units. Clayton Electrical Ltd was contracted to install the complete electrical installation from start to completion of the project.
The install included all electrical items covered in the development. Some of which were:
Satellite systems
Door entry systems
BT systems
Outdoor lighting
Fit out of commercial units to be used as office space
Submains and metering
Electrical install to all apartments
We worked closely with the developer to ensure the project was completed on time and to budget.
